With a strong passion for co-creating a fairer, inclusive, and sustainable future for #PeopleAndPlanet, Mohamed Okash formed the base of his profession for research, advocacy, and policy engagement at the intersection of local and global communities, social innovation, impact, and cross-sector partnerships.

Mohamed is a researcher, consultant, and ecosystem builder. Currently, he is the founding director of the Institute of Climate and Environment (ICE) to tackle the climate and ecological crisis in Somalia and beyond.

He has a strong passion for systems change, social justice, and sustainable development. Mohamed loves to learn, adapt, and continuously develop in business, public, and community sectors.
